we had a project with eCommerce-Today.com back in June for email marketing + Loalty program. Positive: Overall, I’m very happy with the final results of both projects. The email marketing project was particularly successful — it was delivered on time, the designs looked great, and feedback and adjustments were handled quickly. Communication also improved significantly once Andreea took over, making the collaboration much smoother and more efficient. Could be improved: Communication during the first part of the project was often slow and sometimes led to misunderstandings, which affected the overall timeline. The loyalty program took longer than expected and would have benefited from stronger initial planning, deeper platform knowledge, and more guidance during the configuration process. I think the team is very professional and this is very anecdotal. This feedback was shared with the agency and we have more work done with them since then. We plan to continue working with them as the positive definitely overcame some minor negative incidents.
