Dondy Shopify Setup: WhatsApp Cart Recovery, Campaigns and AI Agent

WhatsApp messages land on a customer's phone next to messages from friends. That raises the stakes on every job below.

Which channels? The App Store listing covers WhatsApp only. Reporting on Circeus's acquisition of Dondy, announced in July 2026, describes it running on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website chat. Confirm what your plan includes before scoping beyond WhatsApp.
