The app’s settings are approachable. The hard part is designing option sets a shopper can get through without giving up, and that whoever makes the product can act on. That design work is what these experts sell.
Option sets and logic. Mapping out every choice on a complex product, then building it with the right field types and conditional logic so customers only see what applies. A frame size that hides mounts it can’t take. A monogram box that only appears once someone ticks engraving.
Add-on pricing. Setting up Native Bundling so a paid option adds its linked add-on product and Shopify prices the order correctly. That usually means tidying the add-on products themselves, their status, price and naming, because the cart relies on them.
Theme placement and styling. Switching on the app embed, or placing the Infinite Options Fields block by hand on a product template, then styling the fields so they sit naturally in the theme on a phone screen.
Order and production data. Customer choices land in the Shopify order. Experts label them clearly enough for whoever packs, prints or engraves, and carry them into fulfilment and print workflows.
Custom behaviour. For anything the settings can’t do, ShopPad documents a developer Event API for Infinite Options. That is a job for one of the developers in this group rather than a store manager.
The skill here is patience more than code: thinking through every combination before a customer finds the broken one.
