Mintsoft is an order, inventory and warehouse management system for brands, multichannel retailers and 3PLs, run from Chelmsford, UK. As of October 2026 plans start at £159 a month for brands and £375 a month for 3PLs, and the Shopify app needs a paid plan. The connector pulls orders and products from Shopify and sends stock levels and dispatch updates back. Mintsoft on the Shopify App Store.
The hard part is the connector's long settings list: sync intervals, import delays, webhooks, tags, payment statuses and the single Shopify location it fulfills from. Each one changes which orders reach the warehouse and how quickly.
When no profile below fits, the order management and API integration specialists linked at the end of this page take on Mintsoft work as well.
Tell them your Mintsoft plan, how many Shopify stores connect and whether you sell in person through POS.
Mintsoft exposes dozens of switches for each Shopify connection. These are the ones that cause real trouble when set casually.
When orders arrive. Scheduled imports can use an import delay, which holds an order until it has stayed active on Shopify for a set number of minutes and catches quick cancellations. Webhooks import as soon as an order reaches the right status but skip that delay. Pick one on purpose.
Which orders arrive. Only paid orders import by default. Extra payment statuses, a required tag, one location ID or one shipping zone can narrow or widen that.
Edits after checkout. Order edit webhooks pass later Shopify changes into Mintsoft and only work with webhooks switched on. A separate cancel webhook brings cancellations across.
In-store sales. POS orders without addresses can be imported with their own courier service. Decide whether shop-floor sales belong in the warehouse system at all.
Customs fields. Product updates can carry commodity codes, country of manufacture and export descriptions from Shopify, padded to eight digits where needed. Get these right before the first international parcel.
Who emails the customer. One setting stops Shopify sending fulfillment emails. Settle who owns shipping notifications, or customers get two messages or none.
Flightpath may be enough. Core plans include Mintsoft's Flightpath onboarding with training and setup support. A single store on standard settings may need nothing else.
Plenty of people have used Mintsoft on the warehouse floor. Fewer have tuned its Shopify connection. Test for the second skill.
Ask for numbers. What sync frequency and import delay would they set for your volume, and why? A thoughtful answer weighs speed against catching orders edited minutes after checkout.
Ask about your plan. On Shopify Plus, the connector has a Plus rate-limit option. On other plans it doesn't apply. They should know which you are on before quoting.
Ask who owns the account. If a 3PL runs Mintsoft for you, the connection may sit in their system, with their client portal on top. Agree who changes settings before anyone is hired.
Mintsoft setup mistakes to watch for. Switching the connection to Active before authorizing it and choosing a location, which Mintsoft warns against, or leaving an old API version selected.
A first task to pay for. A settings sheet for your connection plus a day of test orders: a normal order, an edited one, a canceled one and a POS sale. Custom logic beyond the settings belongs with API integration developers.
What each Mintsoft plan includes. The Brand plan includes unlimited browser users, warehouse, order, inventory and shipping management, reporting, and 131 standard integrations; the mobile app needs user licenses. The 3PL plan adds a client portal and client billing. Enterprise is priced on request. Pricing scales with users and monthly orders.
Extras. Order rules, batch scheduling, white-labeling and advanced analytics dashboards cost more. Setup is usually free, but unsupported integrations may carry a fee.
Stock goes one way. Mintsoft pushes stock to Shopify on a set frequency, to the one Shopify location the connection fulfills from. It can skip draft products.
Products come the other way. New Shopify products import every set number of hours, optionally only published ones. Updates cover barcode, image, sale price, customs fields and weight when it is zero.
Lookback. Mintsoft recommends checking seven days back for orders. A zero setting checks up to 60 days.
Returns. A setting can ask Shopify to refund shipping when a return is created. Check that against your returns policy and the order management rules you already run.
Mintsoft work splits cleanly by setting group, which makes it easy to quote in parts.

As of October 2026 Mintsoft lists the Brand plan from £159 a month and the 3PL plan from £375 a month, with Enterprise on request. Price depends on users and monthly order volume, and add-ons such as order rules cost extra. The Shopify app is free to install but needs a paid plan.
Only with webhooks on. Without them, Mintsoft checks for new orders on a set frequency and can hold each one for an import delay. Webhooks import orders as soon as they reach the right status, and they are required for passing order edits through.
Usually a filter. Check the payment statuses allowed to import, any required tag, the location ID and shipping zone limits, and how far back the import looks. Unpaid orders don't import by default, and scheduled or partially fulfilled orders need their own toggles.
Yes. POS order import brings in-store orders across even though they have no delivery address, and you choose the courier service they are assigned. Whether you want them in the warehouse system depends on where that stock physically sits.
