Can you help with ongoing store maintenance?
Yes. Many of our clients treat us as their outsourced technical department. We offer ongoing support that covers site health audits, speed optimization, troubleshooting, and regular content updates like adding new products or managing collections.
How do you handle custom API integrations or private apps?
Our backend team is experienced in Node.js and PHP. We can build private Shopify apps or connect your store to third-party services (ERPs, CRMs, or custom inventory tools) via API to automate your business workflows.
How much do your services cost?
We offer flexible pricing models - either per-project or hourly - depending on the task and our agreement. Our hourly rates are based on the expertise required for the job, starting at 40€/hr for operational tasks and landing page builds and up to 70€/hr for senior-level custom development and complex integrations. We always provide a clear estimate before starting any work so there are no surprises.
What is your availability?
We are based in Europe and serve a global client base. While we are active and responsive throughout the day, our only scheduled downtime is between 23:00 and 06:00 UTC. Outside of those hours, our team is fully available to support your store’s needs.
How do we communicate and manage projects?
We believe communication should be natural and easy, not a chore. We are available via WhatsApp and email 24/7. Unlike many agencies, we don’t force our clients to log into complex internal project management systems; we meet you where you are already working to keep things moving fast.
