Try adjusting your search terms

You end up with a faster store, not a list of things to fix yourself. The audit fee is held as a deposit toward the fixes, not a charge on top of them.
You might be saying one of these.
"My store feels slow on phones."
"I pay for ads, and people leave before the page loads."
"I bought an app that promised speed, and I can't see a change."
If that sounds like your store, this is where I start. It suits a store that sells well on desktop too. I check which device your sales come from before I decide where to look first.
A slow page loses the shoppers you already paid to bring in. They tap an ad, they wait, and they go back. The wait tends to come from a few places. Photos are far bigger than a phone screen needs. Apps load on every page, even pages that never use them. Code stays behind from apps you removed long ago. Parts of the page wait on other parts before they show.
I measure how your pages load for real visitors on their phones. That tells me more than one test in a lab. I find what makes them wait, and then I fix it. You get a written note with each change, why it mattered, and what it did. You also get a before and after from the same kind of measure, so the comparison is fair. You will not need to touch the code.
First, you tell me which pages matter most to your sales. For most stores that is the home page, a collection page and a product page.
Next, I measure those pages on real visits and find the causes.
Then I fix what the fee covers and show you what changed.
If there is more worth doing, I give you a fixed price before any more work starts. You decide.
Part of every Shopify page is Shopify's own code. That includes the checkout buttons, the cookie banner and Shopify's own tracking. I cannot remove it, and no one else can either. I tell you up front how much of your page it is. That way you know what is possible before you spend more. A new theme or a full redesign is a bigger job. My Builds and Theme Upgrades service covers that as a next step.
Will you promise a score?
No. A score comes from a lab test, and it moves from one run to the next. I report what your real shoppers feel, and I show you the numbers as they are.
Do I have to remove my apps?
No. I show you what each app costs you in speed. You choose what stays.
What if the fix costs more than the fee?
You pay the difference, once you agree to a fixed price. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the full findings.
Will my store go down while you work?
No. I make the changes on a copy of your theme first. You see them before anything goes live.
The fee credits toward the fix. Most of the stores I hold a monthly seat with started with one of these.
