Try adjusting your search terms

You end up with someone watching your store every week. That covers speed, the shopping experience, broken links, tracking, app bills, and anything else that quietly costs you sales. The seat is 25 hours a month, spent on whatever that month needs. Your work goes first in the queue.
You might be saying one of these.
"I'm tired of explaining my store to a new freelancer every time."
"Things break, and I find out from my customers."
"I have a list of jobs and nobody to do them."
"I want one person who knows my store and tells me the truth."
If that sounds like you, the seat is built for it.
A store drifts when nobody is watching. A page gets slower after a new app. Tracking breaks after a theme update. An app raises its bill, and nobody checks whether it still earns it. A link in the menu goes nowhere. None of these shout. Each one costs you some sales every day, and together they add up. By the time the numbers dip, the cause is weeks old.
You get 25 hours a month of my time on your store. Each week I check the things that quietly cost you money. When I catch something, I fix it in the month I catch it. Your requests go first in my queue, ahead of new clients. Every change that touches the live site has a way back planned before it ships. Each month you get a note on what I checked, what I caught and what I fixed. You always know where the hours went.
First, you and I agree what matters most to your store and your sales. That becomes the list I watch every week.
Then the month runs. You send requests whenever they come up, and they go to the front of my queue.
At the end of each month, you get the note. It shows the checks, the catches and the fixes, and the hours each one took.
If a month needs more, fifty hours a month is available at double.
Your ad spend, your app bills and your Shopify plan stay yours to pay. Shopify's own checkout and systems are run by Shopify, so I work around them. A large build, like moving to a new theme, can run inside the seat or be quoted on its own. You and I decide that before it starts, so your weekly watch never stops.
How long do I sign up for?
Three months notice to end it, in either direction. That gives you and me time to hand over well.
What if I need more hours one month?
Fifty hours a month is available at double.
Will you break my live store?
Every change that touches the live site has a way back planned before it ships. There is always a way back.
Who does the work?
I do. The person who watches your store is the person who fixes it.
What do I get each month in writing?
A note on what I checked, what I caught and what I fixed. You never have to ask what happened to your hours.
