Try adjusting your search terms

You end up with numbers you can trust: the double counting removed, not documented. The diagnostic fee is held as a deposit toward the fix, not a charge on top of it.
You might be saying one of these.
"Meta says I made more sales than Shopify says I did."
"Google Ads and Shopify never agree."
"I can't tell which ads really work."
"It feels like every sale is counted twice."
If that sounds like your store, this is the fix.
When a sale is counted twice, your ads look better than they are. You keep paying for ads that do not earn their keep. When a sale is not counted at all, a good ad looks weak. You may turn off the very ad that was selling. Both mistakes cost you money, and both hide in reports that look normal.
This tends to happen when two things report the same sale. It might be two apps. It might be an app and Shopify's own connection to Google or Meta. It also happens after a theme change, when old tracking stays behind next to the new.
I follow each sale from your shop to Meta, Google Ads and Google Analytics. I find where a sale is counted twice and where it goes missing. Then I repair the setup myself. You get a before and after you can see in your own dashboards. You also get a written note that says what was wrong, what I changed, and what each report now counts. You will not have to go back into those dashboards to set anything up.
First, you give me access to your store and to the ad and analytics accounts that matter.
Next, I place test orders where it is safe, and I compare what each platform reports.
Then I remove the double counting and fill the gaps.
Last, I check the reports again, so you can see the change for yourself.
If I find a bigger problem than the fee covers, you get a fixed price before any more work starts. You decide.
Your ad accounts and your campaigns stay yours. Choosing which ads to run, and how much to spend, is your call. I can make the numbers right so that call is easier. Ad platforms and Shopify will never agree to the exact sale. Some people browse on a phone and buy on a laptop. Some block tracking. I get the counting right, and I show you how close the platforms now sit.
Will my ad results go down?
If sales were counted twice, the reported number drops to the true one. Your real sales stay the same. You see them clearly for the first time.
Do I need tracking that runs from Shopify's side?
Sometimes. It sends each sale straight from your shop to Meta or Google, so fewer get lost. I tell you if it is worth it for your store.
Do I need to change my apps?
Sometimes one app is doing a job Shopify already does. I show you which, and you choose what stays.
What if the fix costs more than the fee?
You pay the difference, once you agree to a fixed price. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the full findings.
The fee credits toward the fix. Most of the stores I hold a monthly seat with started with one of these.
