Challenge: Carl Friedrik outgrew a standard Shopify setup. The default product structure could not handle expanding product options, and third-party apps were slowing the store down and creating a buggy experience.
What we did: Migrated to Shopify Plus and rebuilt key parts of the storefront for scale. Refreshed UX across devices, improved product presentation, added personalization and custom order notes, and implemented automatic discounts for better upsell flow. We also introduced Metaobjects/Metafields so the team can edit content without developer help, built custom backend systems for inventory sync across platforms, and launched a B2B wholesale experience. Klaviyo, Instagram gallery, and reviews were integrated, plus SEO fundamentals and checkout optimizations.
Outcome: The brand reported increased conversions, streamlined wholesale operations, reduced manual work and errors via inventory sync, and faster content updates with a more owner-friendly setup.
