I'm a Shopify & Klaviyo specialist with 10+ years of experience. I’ve worked with other eCommerce brands - from handmade solopreneurs, to DTC and CPG brands. I know my stuff :)
I also have experience running an eCommerce business so I know all the shortcuts to work faster and more efficiently.
Can you really get a Shopify website or Klaviyo automations done in a day?
Yep! My 10+ years of experience has allowed me to build an 8-10 page Shopify site or set up and design 4 core email automations in Klaviyo. I can do more or less, but it depends on every project's complexity.

Do you include copywriting or custom development in your VIP Experience?
All copy and design assets must be provided. I do include thorough guidance on what to include though. If you need extra copy support, I'm happy to provide referrals.
As for custom development, no. Instead, I will recommend using a paid Shopify theme to maximize the theme's functionalities and features without having to use additional apps or code customizations.
Any custom requests will be billed as an add-on. If you require a more custom solution, the VIP Day will not be a good fit - please contact me for a custom quote.
How long will it take me to complete the prework?
Give yourself at least 2 weeks to complete your pre-work so that you can work on it at a slow, intentional pace.
What type of support is included in my post-VIP support period?
Your support period gives you 15 days of additional access to me to ask me anything related to your finished project.
This support does not cover additional design or implementation work that exceeds what was done during our VIP Day or the 1-hr round of edits.
