I run Graftstudio, the technical and commercial lead for mid-market DTC brands on Shopify Plus. Brands bring me in when the store has outgrown the people who set it up. I find what it's costing, fix what the numbers say pays, and measure every change.
In 15+ years I have partnered with over 160 brands that generate £80m in sales across their stores. Cult Gaia, Victoria Beckham, Gymshark, Seafolly and Ireland's largest salon group among them. I'm a Shopify Plus Partner, and three in four brands come back.
