All ten experts based in Denmark are agencies; there are no freelancers on the Danish list. That's a strength for anything with several moving parts, such as a migration plus a new theme plus POS for a shop. It's a weakness for a quick fix, where an agency's minimum engagement can outweigh the job itself.
Danish isn't universal. Eight of the ten list Danish and nine list English. Swedish, Norwegian and French each appear on one profile. If Danish copy or Danish-speaking support matters, check for it before you look at portfolios. For the two that don't list it, ask rather than assume.
Build and growth under one roof. Beyond setup, development and marketing, which most of the ten list, consulting and strategy appears on six, design, UX and branding on five, and copywriting and content on three. Finance, taxes and compliance appears on two.
Spread across the country. Copenhagen is the city named most often, but other profiles are in Aalborg, Randers, Viborg, Holstebro, Kolding and Køge. For an online-only store, location is irrelevant. For a shop, an agency within reach can be there on installation day; otherwise ask whether it will travel or expects you to plug the hardware in yourself.
Reading the listing. The ten experts based in Denmark come first. Further down, the page moves on to profiles from beyond Denmark that sell their services to European stores, the place to look for an independent developer or a narrow specialist.
